Opportinity Area Planning Framework

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Kingston upon Thames Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Kingston upon Thames Borough Council,

Please can you send me agendas and meeting notes from any meetings of any committees or boards or meetings of any councillors/ and or council employees either internally or with other parties, including but not limited to the GLA and TfL, at which an Opportunity Area Planning Framework for Kingston has been discussed.

For clarity, this is the statement made at the end of the "Direction of Travel" document for Kingston published in October 2016:

"Carry out an Issues and Options consultation for the new Royal Borough of Kingston Local Plan in Spring 2017 and continue to work on the Opportunity Area Planning Framework"

Yours faithfully,

Caroline Scott

Dear Kingston upon Thames Borough Council,

Thank you for the information you have sent me. For the sake of clarity, it would have been helpful if you had replied to each FOI Act request separately so I could see more easily if you had sent me the information I requested.

I can find no detailed information on any "Opportunity Area Planning Framework" that must now have been prepared by the Council with the GLA to support the addition of Kingston as an Opportunity Area in the new London Plan which goes to examination in public in January 2019. Please send me, in whatever form that it exists and as already requested in this FOI Act request, all material relating to the Opportunity Area Planning Framework that relates to the Kingston Opportunity Area. Please clarify explicitly the term or terms by which Kingston Council refers to the OAPF that it has prepared in conjunction with the GLA for the Borough

Please note that this request is part of the above FOI Act request relating to the Opportunity Area Planning Framework and is not an additional request for information.

Yours faithfully,

Caroline Scott
