Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,

Please provide records of the process by which Opinion Research Services were contracted to conduct surveys as part of work regarding your county council becoming a unitary authority.

Specifically:

1. What was the procurement process - eg, Framework? Three quotes? Single award?

2. What was the brief, or requirements and how did they respond?

3. On what basis was their successful selection determined - eg, value for money, experience with unitary surveys, strength of previous work with your council?

4. Was the work contracted to Opinion Research Services part of a larger project?

This was a direct award through a framework

 

 2. What was the brief, or requirements and how did they respond? 

Please see attached specification for the work. Opinion Research Services
responded with a quotation.  

 

 3. On what basis was their successful selection determined - eg, value
for money, experience with unitary surveys, strength of previous work
with your council?

Opinion Research Services were selected as they had worked with us on this
previously in 2018 and we were able to award directly through the
framework.

 

 4. Was the work contracted to Opinion Research Services part of a larger
project?

No.
