john o'sullivan made this Freedom of Information request to Post Office Limited This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was refused by Post Office Limited.

Dear Post Office Limited,What documents do you hold that show how you decided Mr McLachlan's evidence on behalf of Seema Misra would be opinion evidence but comments attributed to Gareth Jenkins wouldnt? Can you further say how it was decided not to allow Gareth Jenkins to be subjected to cross examination but for his opinions to be reported as expert evidence?

Yours faithfully,

john o'sullivan
