Dear FREEDOMOFINFORMATION (EPSOM AND ST HELIER UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS NHS TRUST),

I write further to my FOI request in Febraury 2021, and yet, do not seem to have received a response.

I understand that the circumstances have indeed been difficult for obvious reasons, and would very much appreciate some form of response, at the very least some indication that my request for this information will eventually be fulfilled.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Callaway
