Dear Wolverhampton City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wolverhampton City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Operators of Private Hire Vehicles'.

Both Chair of Licensing and the Head of Licensing state constantly that they have a robust computer system but are denying me the information that I have requested.

I simply cannot accept that it would take longer than 18 hours to compile a list of the Private Hire Operators that are licensed by Wolverhampton and also what other authorities those Operators have been licensed as disclosed in their application to Wolverhampton.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

Yours faithfully,

Lee Ward
