Dear Mr Roberts,

May I apologise for the delayed response. We are having various issues with collating this data. I have been liaising with our Buildings & Estates Department who weren't able to provide an answer to your question in full, so, I have now approached our Alliance HR Operations Department for further assistance.

Unfortunately they are overwhelmed currently and finding issues in responding to this request. I chased them last week and will make further contact today. I will continue to deal with your request and will provide you with a further update on Wednesday.

I am more than happy to discuss this further either by email or telephone.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Roberts

Further to my email below I have been in further consultation with our HR Operations Department, specifically the Resource Management Unit. They have been able to extract the requested data and I have prepared an FOI response to reflect this.

Before our responses are sent to our applicants they need to be checked by the most relevant Head of Department. Your request is currently at this very last stage in our process.

I'm hoping to get the response out to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely
