DMG Memo 6/13 at paragraphs 6 and 8 refers to "operational guidance" issued to DWP staff concerning the making and recovery of payments on account of benefit.

Please provide copies of this guidance and any other guidance issued to Decision Makers in respect of "short-term advances" etc.
