Dear Department for Transport,

Further to the above, there have been significant changes made to the operation of flights to & from Heathrow during the period above that have made significant change (a paradigm increase of noise, residual to the departure "trials" during this period) to residents on the ground over a wide area, including, but certainly not limited to, earshot range of Ascot, Bracknell, Binfield, Henley-on-Thames, Reading, Teddington, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Englefield Green, Elmbridge and Wentworth.

I would be grateful if you can supply all details of all changes made to the operation of aircraft from Heathrow Airport during this period, specifically all correspondence, notes, meeting notes, presentations, any other written form of policy documentation, briefings etc. regarding them during concept , decision and implementation, the names given to the changes by the originator and/or the requestor (if different), who authorised them, what impact studies were carried out prior to changes being made (if any), what Post Implementation Reviews have been conducted since, and any cost/benefit analysis conducted.

If not already captured by the above, in essence, and in good faith and completeness, any and all detail that will reveal, in full, the material changes made to anything that would or could have altered flight operations, pilot/NATS instructions/alterations, vectors, heights and so forth that have, or may have, or changes that are considered not to have, made a difference to noise experienced on the ground.
