Dear Liverpool City Council,
Could the City Council please provide information regarding all legal advice that has been instructed by the Council on behalf of suspended Chief Executive - GED Fitzgerald with respect to the ongoing Lancashire Police investigation (Operation Sheridan), further could they confirm if they have appointed a Barrister on his behalf, what Chambers have been approached and what financial cost has been incurred by the City Council on behalf of the suspended Chief Executive to date whilst in Police bail?

Anything that relates to Mayor Anderson, Fitzgerald or any of the 'Higher Order' NEVER gets a reply within the due date. They function with their own set of rules - which is 'tell the public as little as possible'. I would go straight to the ICO
