Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Prime Minister's Office's handling of my FOI request 'Operation Save Big Dog'.

You state that your searches have not identified any information in relation to my request. I do not believe this to be true. [Extraneous material removed]. Either way, i request that you complete a proper search and provide the information requested.

On the 15th January 2022 Nick Redwood made a FOI request via the What Do They Know website. Their request can be seen here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o.... Their request clearly contains the phrase 'Big Dog'. You would have recevied an email from What Do They Know with this request and therefore you DO hold information that is relevant to my request.

I can only conclude that you have not bothered to process my request. Instead you just waited until the last day of the 20 days limit and then sent a 'we didnt find anything' email without actually performing any search.

I remind you that it is a criminal offence under section 77(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to block or conceal information that has been requested by a valid FOI request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

Yours faithfully,

Nigel Jones
