Operation Bullfinch Oxfordshire, Q & A needed

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I would like to know whether payed care staff have ever, or will ever be held accountable for some clear cases of neglect by child services.
1] My request is for the statistics of during The Time These Crimes Were Being Committed, has anyone been found in the care system to have been part of the Rape Abuse & Forced Prostitution as part of Operation Bullfinch - Oxfordshire?
2] How many care workers from Residential Care Homes, Foster Homes & Social Services & Protective Child Services, Anyone At The Time These Crimes Were Being Committed?
3] Apart from the convicted pedophiles, has their been any independent inquiry of the Child Neglect & Suffering that was missed! ignored! or disbelieved!

Yours faithfully,
Kelly Anne Plant
aka Rose
