Operation Aeroscope meetings 2009
Dear Nottinghamshire Police,
Operation Aeroscope was the Nottinghamshire police investigation into planned protests at Ratcliffe-on-Soar power station in 2009.
On 25 March and 7 April 2009, two 'gold level' meetings were held in relation to this and the deployment of undercover officer Mark Kennedy, under the authority of then Assistant Chief Constable Ian Ackerley.
I request the following:
a) A list of who attended those meetings
b) The minutes of those meetings
c) The name and rank of the silver commander of Operation Aeroscope prior to 13 April 2009
d) The dates of any other gold level meetings relating to Operation Aeroscope in 2009, both before and after 13 April 2009.
Yours faithfully,
Merrick Badger

Dear Nottinghamshire Police,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Nottinghamshire Police's handling of my FOI request 'Operation Aeroscope meetings 2009'.
I submitted my request on 29/04/18.
The same day I received a reply saying "your request will be dealt with within the legislative deadline of 20 working days. Should we be unable to meet this deadline for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible."
I received no further communications in that 20 day period.
On 30/05/18 I pointed that out and received an automated response. On 12/06/18 I received a deadline extension letter saying "I now advise you that the amended date for a response is 26/06/2018."
That new self-set deadline has also been and gone without any communication of any kind.
When will I receive a substantive reply?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

Dear Lehan,
Thank you for your response.
Endeavouring to respond 'as soon as possible' is somewhat vague.
By what date can I expect a substantive reply?
