Can you also share all papers relating to the development and management support directed at CHIN and QISTS that have gone to a relevant group or committee over the last 12 months in all of your constituent member organisations. I note the Partnership is not itself a legal entity as such this is directed to all legal entities currently party to the 'partnership'.

RE: Freedom of Information Request

regarding the STP Operating Model which will be processed under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. I can confirm your request was received
on 3 April 2019 by NEL on behalf of the Clinical Commissioning Groups
(CCGs) listed below. The references for your requests are shown alongside.

can be released in accordance with the legislation.

for your second question? Relevant is a subjective term so the CCG would
