Dear Sir or Madam,

I know the opening and closing times of Church Fields park for 2009, but would like information on 2008, as I would like to know if the park opening and closing times have changed over the last few years.

I have made this request to Philip at Leisure Services, but have not received a reply on the specific opening and closing times. This is why I am requesting the information under the Freedon of Information Act

Dear Mr Morgan,

I am sorry that you feel that you did not receive a satisfactory reply to your request from Philip Robinson. The matter has been passed to me.

I am able to provide the following attached extracts from the relevant contracts on opening and locking which have been in place from 1st April 2005 to the present date, these will be reviewed next year, but are likely to continue until 2015.

There is no schedule of site order for opening and locking, therefore the order of opening and locking can change. This is acceptable under the contract, as long as the sites are opened and locked within the permitted stated opening and locking times.

I hope this clarifies the matter.
