Open Space Amenity Land.
Dear West Lindsey District Council,
Our deeds show all areas on our estate as open space amenity land with no distinction between any areas, and no indication of restrictions, however the management company have restricted access to this by erecting fences across the access points in 2017. Can you simply close open space amenity land without planning permission or would this constitute a land use change with it previously being accessible and used.
Yours faithfully,
The Open Space Group.
Dear Sir,
Please find attached our response to your FOI’s.
Yours sincerely
