Open Source

Office of Government Commerce did not have the information requested.

Charles Taylor

Dear Office of Government Commerce,

Please send me studies, policy, research, guidance and analysis the OGC has published internally (not publicly) pertinent to improving government's ability to procure open source software.

An example might be an analysis of current procurement deficiencies and how it can be modernised to level the playing field for open source software.

I require only material that has been produced since the Coalition came to power and promised to "level the playing field for open source" (Coalition Agreement).

Yours faithfully,

Charles Taylor
