REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: OPEN DATA

Pursuant to the general right of access to information contained in the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 I request the following information from the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Scotland:

(a) Please provide details of any working groups/parties concerned with 'Open Data´ within the Police Service of Scotland (i.e. name of group/party and details of its membership)

(b) please provide the full content of any strategy documents held by the Police Service of Scotland concerning Open Data

(c) please provide the full content of any policies/procedures concerning Open Data.

(d) any information held by in respect of the Scottish Government´s February 2015 Open Data Strategy.

For the purposes of this request open data is to mean any data that anyone can freely access, use, modify, and share for any purpose.
