I refer to your email of 15 March 2018 requesting information in respect of operational pressure escalation levels.

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold some information that would be useful in terms of your request.

I have listed your questions below together with our response.

In line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information in relation to the Operational Pressure Escalation Levels at your trust.

Could you tell me on which days, if any, between 1st December 2017 and 12 March 2018, an OPEL level of 4 was declared?

The opel level relates to the wider health economy and in relation to this the there has been no Level 4 declared. The Trust has been at EMS level 4 within this timescale.

This letter confirms the completion of this request. A log of this request will be held on a database held by the Trust.
