Dear Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust,

In line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information in relation to the Operational Pressure Escalation Levels at your trust.

Could you tell me on which days, if any, between 1st December 2017 and 12 March 2018, an OPEL level of 4 was declared?

With sincere apologies for the delay in responding to you. I can now advise that our Head of Resilience has confirmed that the Trust didn’t not have an Opel level 4.
