Dear Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust,

In line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information in relation to the Operational Pressure Escalation Levels at your trust.

Could you tell me on which days, if any, between 1st December 2017 and 12 March 2018, an OPEL level of 4 was declared?

We are able to confirm that the Trust declared OPEL level 4 on the following dates:

•Wednesday 28th February 2018
•Thursday 1st March 2018
