Dear Cyclops on behalf of Lisa Murphy,
I am dissatisfied with the response. I am not requesting details for all submissions to MPS - the request is specifically for traffic submissions via the online form previously linked. The reports are numbered sequentially for the year, one I submitted at the end of November was near 21,500.
As for referencing the data requested, I'm sure there are other methods available to you that doesn't require opening and reading each report individually. As categories you should be able to filter all submissions by offence reported and the outcome of each which will be able to give you the numbers required for the request.
Yours sincerely,
Daniel Powell
