The request was successful.

Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

I am writing to make an FOI request. I would like to request details of the budget that has been spent and/or allocated in the current financial year and the next financial year for the procurement of the online petitions solution used to satisfy the requirement of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.

Yours faithfully,

Etienne Pollard

Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

I am writing to remind you that I recently made an FOI request, which for some reason has been neither acknowledged nor answered.

The law states that authorities should respond promptly to FOI requests, and in this case by 21 October 2010. I would be grateful if you would let me know when you expect to reply to this request.

Thanks for your help with this matter,

Yours faithfully,

Etienne Pollard

Mel Holmes, North Lincolnshire Council

Hello Etienne. I refer to your request for information in relation to an
online petitions solution to satisfy the requirement of the Local
Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.

North Lincolnshire Council has had a successful petitions process in
place since the council was created in 1996. The council has also been
involved with Public i and a small number of other local authorities in a
pilot scheme developing e-petitions and the euro petition project using
the public i open source software. This is continuing to be used. The
council have not therefore had to budget for the procurement of an online
petitions solution.
