Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,
"Please be advised that there is no legal obligation requiring the Council
to conduct a formal consultation procedure in relation to the decision to
direct all Freedom of Information (“FOI”) requests to the online module.
The decision was taken internally in an attempt to assist members of the
public with submitting FOI requests by ensuring that there was one clear,
consolidated pathway to avoid any potential confusion by having multiple
routes available. "
Please provide the notes from the meeting at which the decision was taken approving this change that I now understand has been reversed.
Please provide copy of all the correspondence from the ICO in which the online module is referred to
