for the delay in this information reaching you. 

Please be advised that there is no legal obligation requiring the Council
to conduct a formal consultation procedure in relation to the decision to
direct all Freedom of Information (“FOI”) requests to the online module. 

The decision was taken internally in an attempt to assist members of the
public with submitting FOI requests by ensuring that there was one clear,
consolidated pathway to avoid any potential confusion by having multiple
routes available.  

We can confirm that we are now accepting FOI requests via the

If you have any queries regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to
contact me. 

If you wish to request an internal review of our response you should
write, within 2 months, to:

Please provide a copy of the minutes from which a decision was made by
Hillingdon Council to implement the below or provide a copy of your
consultation process in respect of the below

"Please kindly note that from 3^rd July 2023, all new FOIs will need to be
submitted using a new online form, which can be found
