Dear Mr Robertson,

 

I write in response to your recent Freedom of Information request received
at our offices on 17^th July 2013. You requested the following
information:

 

1.     How many one-bedroomed properties do you have available to let? 

2.     How many tenants are deemed to be underoccupying, and needing
one-bedroomed accommodation?

3.     How many people are already on the waiting list for one-bedroomed
properties?

 

At the end of Quarter 1 of this financial year, there were 65
one-bedroomed properties available to let, and 883 tenants underoccupying
and in need of a one-bedroomed property. Unfortunately, we do not hold
information on waiting list numbers so I cannot supply you an answer to
the final part of your enquiry.

 

Salix Homes considers it has fulfilled your Freedom of Information
request. However, please contact me if you are dissatisfied with the way
your request has been handled or wish to appeal this decision.
