Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply, see you did have some information and the phrase" Due to the way that mail items are processed and retained through Post Office systems,
we are unable to calculate the percentages you have requested and therefore we do not
hold this information." was shown to be untrue. Can I now ask you to see if you do infact hold details of how much Royal Mail postage purchased online is handed into Branch and what % of Postal volume and lost sales that represents

Yours sincerely,

Dear [email address], Thank you for a reply .You seem to have misunderstood my question .I would not expect you to know how much postage is purchased online from Royal Mail, I would expect you to know how much postage purchased online from RM is accepted in Branch through Horizon as pre-paid .This is a procedure that records item by type, price paid, service used and gives a COP. SPM pay advices record .MDA 2 information in SPM pay clearly shows branch % RM prepaid acceptance and compares it to the national average. It is this amount of postage that I believe you should know the value of and can measure its increased useage. Please recheck ,thanks John

Dear John,

Thank you for your email.

As explained in our response letter to you, Post Office does hold the information on how much postage purchased online from Royal Mail is accepted in Branch, however Post Office considers it would be likely to harm the Commercial Interests of the third party and therefore s43(2) of FOIA is engaged.

Dear John,

As noted in our letter dated 22nd August 2022 and in our email below dated 25th August 2022 Post Office accepts it holds this information. Are you asking for an internal review in respect of the exemption under s43 that we have applied?

Kind regards

Dear Post Office Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Post Office Limited's handling of my FOI request 'On Line and prepaid postage'.

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]In 11 july you said this Due to the way that mail items are processed and retained through Post Office systems,
we are unable to calculate the percentages you have requested and therefore we do not
hold this information. You later said you had some of it and then some more and you now claim that you cant share any of it because it is commercial sensitive.Spm would love to know how much it is to help plan for the future. So given your change of tack and evasive nature of replies please look at this again

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...
