Please note that personal data of Oxford City Council employees(with the
exception of Head of Services and other senior officials ) and personal
data of ODS employees has been redacted as per Section 40(2) of the Act.
This is an absolute exemption that covers personal third party data where
disclosure would breach the Data Protection Act 2018's principles
concerning personal information; these employees would not reasonably
expect their personal data to be disclosed as they work under the guidance
of more senior staff and have limited decision making responsibilities and
no budgetary responsibilities.
