OLM system

David Hanson made this Freedom of Information request to Devon County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was refused by Devon County Council.

Dear Devon County Council,

The council uses OLM Eclipse for children's social care.

1. When the system was procured, was it the council's intention to be able to provide secure access without the user going via the council's VPN?
2. Has that goal been achieved?
3. Was any additional software procured - from OLM or other companies - to enable this?

Yours faithfully,

David Hanson
