Please can you advise why I have been blackmailed by Paul Taylor?

"Before any payment plan can be discussed we will require you to complete the attached form which is a legal requirement when discussing Council Tax arrangements.

Due to the size of the balance, £8,496.53, a lump sum payment of £4,000 is required within the next 10 days. Once received we can negotiate a repayment plan on the remaining balance."

Freedom of Information request - Oldham Council employee Paul Taylor
(Senior Recovery Officer) under investigation by Andy Burnham MP for
blackmail

 

I acknowledge receipt of your request for information regarding Paul
Taylor.

 

FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011.
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing.

 

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information
held by public authorities as defined in section 3 of the Act.
Unfortunately, however, First Choice Homes Oldham is not classed as a
public body under the said Act and it is therefore not legally obliged to
provide
any information to you. In any case, your request for information should
be directed to Oldham Council.
