In respect of question 5, you requested a summary list of any
works/interventions carried out by ESCC in the vicinity of the closed
path/landslip in the last 10 years. Please clarify your definition of
'vicinity' - how far from the footpath should the information cover? Are
there specific roads that should be included?
 
Your request is on hold pending receipt of your clarification. We will not
be able to take this matter further without this extra information from
you. Please let us know by  30 November 2024.
 
If we do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, we shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.

from disclosure under Regulation 12(5)(b) of the Environmental Information
Regulations (EIRs) and requires the public authority to apply a public
