Since 1st Jan 2023 how many complaints and/or concerns have you had regarding Ofsted.

Please provide an analysis of these concerns within a spreadsheet as follows:
- date of complaint/concern
- nature of complaint/concern (ie near miss, speculative complaint, workplace incident, workplace complaint)
- response to complaint/concern (ie no action, investigation, outcome of investigation)

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Ofsted Complaints'.

I believe this is inaccurate, as it has been publicised that NAHT, the Headteachers union, has raised at least on complaint.

Therefore, it is surprising that none have been found.
