During the judicial review The Honourable Mr Justice Scoffield

reference was made to "official guidance documents for medical assessments within this jurisdiction". which were held by the Board.
I would respectfully request disclosure and / or publication of these documents in full. Also is there any intention to review these documents in light of the Judicial Review.

We apologise for the delay in replying but as you may be aware the Policing Board recently relocated to new premises and work across all Board Directorates was disrupted for a period of time to facilitate this move.
