Dear Mr Tillman,
Please provide a detailed breakdown of expenses and allowances claimed (and whether authorised or not)by the Chief Executive, Assistant Chief Executives, Directors and Heads of Service of the council.
Please provide the information for the financial years 2010/2011, 2011/2012 and to date.

Dear Mrs Thompson,
Thank you for your request, which is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
In light of our previous decision (FOIA/4002), I would be grateful if you could confirm whether you are asking for the relevant information held on our Resourcelink system.
We confirmed in our response on 6th February, 2012 that we could provide the information held on this system within the appropriate limit for handling requests.

The specific information you requested was as follows:
"Please provide a detailed breakdown of expenses and allowances claimed

You confirmed in a later email on 15th November that information readily
available from our IT system would be sufficient to satisfy your
request.
In response, please find attached the relevant information held by the
Council.
