Dear City of York Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of City of York Council's handling of my FOI request 'Officer initiated standards board investigation against Keith Aspden'. In particular will you confirm that you have provided me with the complete information.

During the accounts inspection we identified a larger sum paid to Wilkin and Chapman as below. We also inspected the invoices paid in both the subject and the previous financial year and found no amount as below.

The payment we identified was of £2,360 was made in 08/04 and appears billed on 26/04 by WC LLP. There is no entry in the All Payments Data which reflects this, either in YE 2020 or 2019. The invoice does not match the accounts unless the amount was paid along with other o/s billing as one amount?

Can you therefore confirm with the S151 how these different amounts can be clarified.

Thank you

I can confirm on inspection of the AllPayments Data as lodged by CYC on the Open Data Website that no matching payments can be found in either the Year Ending 2019 or 2020 datasets.
