Office rental, utilities and any associated costs for Mann Island HQ
Dear Liverpool City Region Combined Authority,
I've noticed that your headquarters are a nice shiny building on the waterfront which seems very extravagant for a publicly funded organisation in the height of a cost of living crisis.
I would therefore like to request details on:
- per annum rental amount
- business rates
- length of lease
- cost of heating, electricity, water
- cost of telecoms/interent provision
This should incorporate office space occupied by all Combined authority organisations at Mann Island including Merseytravel and should be for the most recent financial or calendar year (however you account or calculate your overheads)
Please provide this in an spreadsheet format. It would be helpful to have a breakdown by each department or umbrella organisation but total overall amounts for the entire organisation are also acceptable.

Thank you for your recent request made under the Freedom of Information
Act.
Please find attached the figures held in relation to 3 Mann Island for the
2021/22 financial year. The Combined Authority’s costs for telecoms and
internet provision are billed cumulatively for all our offices, so the
specific costs for 3 Mann Island are not held.
The Combined Authority receives income from sub-tenants that offsets the
cost of the building. Details of the leases are available from HM Land
Registry via their website at [1]this link.
The lease of 3 Mann Island is for 30 years from 4 March 2011.
