We not hold information detailing the number of complaints involving
Durham University made to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for
Higher Education (OIA). The University only receives notification from the
OIA of those cases it formally considers. 

 

2.    The number of the complaints in #1 that the Office of the
Independent Adjudicator has decided were:

The table below relates to complaints that the OIA notified the University
