A full list of GCSE and IGCSE grades achieved by each offerholder at the time of their application. These grades should be grouped/separated by candidate, and expressed in the following format:

Dear Mr Mounokoliavitz
I write in response to your recent Freedom of Information request to
Sheffield University.  The University is unable to provide the information
you have requested as it relates to the current admissions cycle which has
not yet been completed, and also because the amount of detail requested
for each individual data subject is at such a level as to potentially lead
to identification of individuals.  The data is therefore personal data as
defined in the General Data Protection Regulation and therefore exempt
from disclosure under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.

I am required under the Act to inform you that if you have cause for
genuine complaint regarding our reply to your request for information, you
should within 60 days of receiving this response, write to the University
FOI Unit, The University Secretary’s Office, Sheffield University, Western
Bank, Sheffield S10 2TN or email [University of Sheffield request email] explaining why you
are not satisfied with the result.

If you still remain unsatisfied with the University's decision, you will
be entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House,
