Dear Mr Bradley

When checking our data we received a FOI request from yourself on 11 September of which you requested "I would like to request information as to the number of customers/employee’s found committing an offence contrary to section 45 (1) of the ‘Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994’ ?

The response to that request was due 9 October (which is 20 working days for Freedom of Information to respond) and as my previous email states FOIR7913 was sent to yourself 3 October, which was within the 20 day time scales.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a request that the team could help you with.

I hope this helps

Regards

Dear Miss Leaker,

Please pass this on to the person whom conducts reviews.

I am writing to request a review into the response I received on the 3rd October 2019.(FOIR7913)

I am making this request for the following reason/s...

1) the requested information was refused Under Section 14(2) of the FOIA by the DVLA who claimed that it was 'identical' to my request of 31 May 2019. (FOIR7624) which was concerning the the number of prosecutions.

2) Information as to those found by the DVLA to have committed an offence and those prosecuted by the 'Police or other Government Agencies' as outlined within the response to FOIR7913 is clearly NOT identical!

3) Clearly just because someone may have been found to have committed an offence clearly doesn't mean that they have also been prosecuted for committing that offence!

3) I am therefore of the opinion that the requested information has been unreasonably witheld!

Yours faithfully,
MBradley

Dear DVLA,

Please can you tell me whenever or NOT you will be responding to the request for a review made by myself on the 24th January 2020 ?

Yours faithfully
MBradley
