The number of motorists prosecuted or received traffic offence reports in both Mersey Tunnels during past 12 months:

• 364 motorists received Traffic Offence Reports between November 2017 and November 2018.
• 244 motorists were prosecuted between November 2017 and November 2018.
• 43 motorists accepted out of court settlements between 2017 and November 2018.

Please find attached a spreadsheet containing breakdown of the actual offences committed (note - some motorists committed multiple offences).
