Dear Information Compliance,

I have not received a substantive response to my FOI Request regarding 'Offence Codes'. West Mercia Police have now exceeded the statutory timescale for this request.

The failure of West Mercia Police to respond within the timescale is in contravention of the Data Protection Act (2018). West Mercia Police are continuing to contravene this legislation until a substantive response has been provided. I trust the irony of this is appreciated within a law-enforcing organisation.

I therefore ask that West Mercia Police respond to this FOI Request promptly.

Yours sincerely,

Mr P Freeman
