Off street car park information

The request was refused by Angus Council.

Dear Angus Council,

For the twelve months to December 2014 or the nearest related financial year (if this is more accessible), for each off street car park in your area, could you please tell me:

• the tariff income
• the PCN income
• The number of PCNs issued
• The number of paid PCNs
• The number of payment machines in each pay and display machine per car park

Yours faithfully,

Clarissa

Dear Clarissa

I refer to your undernoted request for information dated 5 March 2015 (received by the Council that same date). Unfortunately, I am unable to accept this in the current form as a valid request as it does not contain your full name in the body of your email. The Scottish Information Commissioner has clarified that she does not accept a request for information as valid without a full name having been given.

I am sorry if this appears to be overly bureaucratic to you but should you subsequently wish to appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner in this matter it would be essential that your request for information complies with the requirements stipulated by the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

In addition, I should mention that the Council does not release the name of individuals who have submitted an application for information.
I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any queries, please ask for me on 01307 476234 or email [email address]

Yours sincerely
Brenda Angus
