Off-payroll arrangements for top management
Dear North Lincolnshire Council,
In connection with the use of "off-payroll" arrangements, MPs state that such tax avoidance in the public sector is “staggeringly inappropriate”.
Over the last 5 years have there been any such payments to anybody who was then in your top management team?
Yours faithfully,
Poppy Fleming
Dear Ms Fleming
I refer to your recent Freedom of Information request, which was received
earlier today, the 6th November, 2012.
With reference to "off-payroll" payment arrangements to senior management
within North Lincolnshire Council, I can confirm that no such arrangements
have been entered into by the authority.
All such management are employed directly by the Council, and pay
appropriate rates of tax and National Insurance.
I trust this response is satisfactory for your requirements.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Cowlbeck
