information to which I am entitled under the freedom of information act. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible. If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and
I would like to find out the number of off licenses in the Derbyshire Dales District that are open for 24 hours. I hope it will be possible for you to supply me with this information.
I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Thank you for your request.
I can advise that in Derbyshire Dales District there are 10 premises
licensed for the sale of alcohol for 24 hours.
Of these, 6 fall into the Hotels, B&B and Restaurant category;
2 fall into the Supermarkets, shops and off-licences category; and
2 fall into the pubs, clubs and bars category.
