“Off-label" drugs on the COVID-19 Certification NHS App?

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NHS National Services Scotland should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear NHS National Services Scotland,

As a Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA 2002) request please provide the following recorded information:

1. The date that the third dose (i.e. “booster dose") of a “COVID-19 vaccine” (e.g. BNT162b2) was added to the functionality of the COVID-19 Certification NHS App.
2. The patient age (i.e. minimum age) associated with the third dose (i.e. “booster dose") of a “COVID-19 vaccine” (e.g. BNT162b2) that was associated with the “third dose" when it was added to the functionality of the COVID-19 Certification NHS App (assuming, of course, that the third dose has been added to the COVID-19 Certification NHS App with an age cut off).

For clarity the “COVID-19 Certification NHS App” refers to the COVID-19 certification scheme (also known as the “COVID passport") that is currently required to a access certain hospitality venues such as those that meet the criteria of being a “nightclub".

Please get back to me if there is any clarification required to respond to this request. It should be clear that I want the date when the third dose was added to the application and the age limit of when someone is defined as being “fully vaccinated” with 2 doses of one of the experimental genetic therapies.

Thanks.

Yours faithfully,

J Grove
