Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bolton NHS Foundation Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

1) In the last 60 days how many hours has your Trust utilised Thornbury Nursing Services for agency nurses?

2)In the last 60 days has your Trust utilised any other off frame work providers for agency nurses, if yes, please name these providers?

3) In the last 60 days which wards or departments were these TNS requests for?

4) How many long term lines of work or block bookings are currently being supplied by off framework suppliers?

5) Which wards are these off framework suppliers providing block booking or long terms of work on?

6)Can you confirm in the last 60 day which wards/ departments have been most reliant on off framework usage?

Thornbury Nursing Services for agency nurses?

requests for?

6)Can you confirm in the last 60 day which wards/ departments have Zero
been most reliant on off framework usage?
