I require full unredacted copies of the following:

1. Any correspondence between the National Media Museum and Bradford City Council, Yorkshire Forward, Langtree Group PLC, Artisan, Langtree-Artisan Limited, English Heritage, Bradford City Council or Spawforths Planning Consultants regarding the former Odeon cinema site in Prince's Way, Bradford or the proposed New Victoria Place development.

2. Minutes from any and all meetings during which any aspect of the former Odeon cinema building or proposed New Victoria Place development were discussed.

3. Any policy that the Museum may have developed with respect to the former Odeon cinema building or proposed New Victoria Place development.

4. The reasons that the National Media Museum refused to take a position regarding the former Odeon Cinema building despite being the major sponsor for Bradford to become the first ever and only UNESCO City of Film.

Any reference above to the National Media Museum includes its members, trustees and officers and those of NMSI.

All offers are collated and presented to the curators of the Science
Museum at their monthly curatorial meeting where the offers are considered
and it is determined which objects should be accepted. Accordingly, should
we wish to proceed with your offer, we will contact you within 6 weeks of
the date of receipt of your offer.

If you have not received a response from us within 6 weeks, please assume
that, on this occasion, we are unable to accept your generous offer.

Meetings with Curators/Other Science Museum Personnel:
If you have requested to meet with or speak to one of the Science Museum's
curators, or other member of Science Museum staff, we will endeavour to
contact you within 20 working days.

Please find below and attached the information as requested:-

We do not hold any correspondence between NMSI and the listed
organisations regarding the subjects of the Odeon and Victoria Place
development. Please find attached our correspondence with Bradford Centre
Regeneration in relation to the Odeon.

2. Minutes from any and all meetings during which any aspect of the

former Odeon cinema building or proposed New Victoria Place

development were discussed.

We do not hold any minutes relating to the discussion of the Odeon or New
Victoria Place development.

3. Any policy that the Museum may have developed with respect to

the former Odeon cinema building or proposed New Victoria Place

development.

We do not have any policy documents in relation to the former Odeon Cinema
or New Victoria Place development. Please find attached our statement
regarding the regeneration of the City.

4. The reasons that the National Media Museum refused to take a

position regarding the former Odeon Cinema building despite being

the major sponsor for Bradford to become the first ever and only

UNESCO City of Film.
