• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request for information from Durham University.
Colleagues have provided the information below/attached in response to
your questions.
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
I’ve attached a service level agreement which is included within the
contract and was uploaded into the AOS tender specification. However
performance measurements with our awarded supplier have developed over
time from their initial tender response - developing in agreement with
Occupational Health staff from experience gained over the length of the
contract and feedback provided from staff and customers.

Matters, Tailored Physiotherapy, Therapy Direct.

Any extensions can be negotiated between the supplier and the University
given the spend of the contract is within our financial limits.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?
