1. Have you (or the previous CCGs areas) ever/in the last 6 years contracted with an
independent provider to provide obstetric ultrasound services?
2. If yes, who are the providers and which areas of the ICB do they cover?
3. If yes, please can you tell me if this was a direct award or procurement process?
4. Please detail actual spend on the contract per year from start date to finish.
5. What was the start date & duration of the contract/award?
6. Could you please provide a copy of the service specification?
7. Is there an extension clause in the contract? How long is the extension for?
8. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

No, SEL ICB does not commission obstetric ultrasound services.
