like to start by offering our apologies for the unacceptable delay in
responding to your FOI request. 
 
Unfortunately, following a recent audit, it has been found that some FOI
requests have experienced delays due to urgent operational responses in
dealing with Public Health priorities.
 
In this instance, owing to the time that has elapsed since receiving your
original email, it is unclear if you would still wish the Trust to process
your request under FOI. Should you wish for this to be processed and
responded to, please do not hesitate in responding to this email at the
earliest opportunity and we will of course make every effort in ensuring
that your request is expedited.
