Obligations under Education Act 1994 wrt Students' Union

We're waiting for Jeremy Yaxley to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Queen Margaret University,

Please consider this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. Does Part II of the Education Act 1994 apply to Queen Margaret University (as defined in section 21)?

2. Is Queen Margaret University Students' Union a Students' Union as defined in section 20 of Part II of the Act?

3. Provide the policy and procedure documents that detail how QMU's governing body implements the requirements to be observed under section 22 of Part II of the Act.

4. In particular provide the information required by subsection (5) of section 22 of Part II of the Act.
